From Our Family Recipe to Your Table

The story of our pizza began in the ’90s in B.C., Canada. Pizza has always been a great passion of our chef and owner, Unal Dogan. Having grown up in an Italian community in East Vancouver, he has always been in the heart of Italian cuisine, and pizza, in particular, is a deeply rooted family tradition for him. By developing a very special dough and pizza sauce to combine with the classic family recipe, he has created his own pizza using fresh ingredients and special baking techniques.
